Exceeded my expectations! I was so impressed with the hard working crew and warm office staff. The painting of the exterior of our home was done quickly, cleanly and with no complaints. They reviewed the job several times to ensure nothing was missed. I could not be more pleased with the finished result. The painters with the Colorado Commercial Painting were very professional, patient with me when I had questions or concerns. Tyler, Leo and Jose did a wonderful job. Their preparation and painting were outstanding ! I would definitely use them again. I feel like I have a new house after they completed the project. We received several estimates from painting companies. Colorado Commercial & Residential Painting was reasonable in their estimate. They were hired to paint the exterior of our residence and change the color. Their crew arrived on time each day and cleaned up after themselves each day. Prep work including power washing, caulking and sealing were completed quickly. They took great care in masking areas that were not to be painted. Painting was seamless and trim work was spot on. The crew including Mauricio, Oscar and Ben were professional, respectful and easy to work with. Overall, the project took only 3 1/2 days.
