We received several estimates from painting companies. Colorado Commercial & Residential Painting was reasonable in their estimate. They were hired to paint the exterior of our residence and change the color. Their crew arrived on time each day and cleaned up after themselves each day. Prep work including power washing, caulking and sealing were completed quickly. They took great care in masking areas that were not to be painted. Painting was seamless and trim work was spot on. The crew including Mauricio, Oscar and Ben were professional, respectful and easy to work with. Overall, the project took only 3 1/2 days. The initial visit and quote was straight forward and thorough. The office and Eric, the project manager, were awesome at communicating and totally flexible with my project start date. They were also completely reassuring and confident about protecting my newly redone wood floors and carpet. Abdi and his crew that actually completed the project were awesome! They were so thorough in covering everything in the house that didnt need paint and very detail oriented in the type of paint they used in the various rooms, even my basement stairs were painted with great quality high traffic paint specific for floors! The project consultant was excellent at writing up the work that needed to be done and helping us choose the colors. The project manager met with us to walk through the project prior to work beginning and provided paint samples to ensure our selection.
