We received several estimates from painting companies. Colorado Commercial & Residential Painting was reasonable in their estimate. They were hired to paint the exterior of our residence and change the color. Their crew arrived on time each day and cleaned up after themselves each day. Prep work including power washing, caulking and sealing were completed quickly. They took great care in masking areas that were not to be painted. Painting was seamless and trim work was spot on. The crew including Mauricio, Oscar and Ben were professional, respectful and easy to work with. Overall, the project took only 3 1/2 days. I would highly recommend Colorado Commercial & Residential Painting.

I highly recommend Colorado Commercial and Residential Painting (CCRP), I hired them to paint the inside of my house and every step of the project went smoothly. The initial visit and quote was straight forward and thorough. The office and Eric, the project manager, were awesome at communicating and totally flexible with my project start date. They were also completely reassuring and confident about protecting my newly redone wood floors and carpet. Abdi and his crew that actually completed the project were awesome! They were so thorough in covering everything in the house that didnt need paint and very detail oriented in the type of paint they used in the various rooms, even my basement stairs were painted with great quality high traffic paint specific for floors! We had a great experience with CCRP painting the exterior of our home. We received a couple of estimates and CCRP had the best value and came with an excellent reviews. From estimate to execution the entire team was professional and the finished product was beautiful. I love working with Stephany and her crew. She was always updating us on the progress and making sure we were happy along the way. Mark was also great! We’ll definitely be working with them again on future projects.
