Scope :
Scrape, sand and remove all popcorn ceiling surfaces texture throughout first and second level of home.
Scrape, sand and remove popcorn ceiling surface texture in basement stairway. Tape, mud, sand and re-texture ceiling.
Tape, mud, sand and re-texture all ceiling surfaces to orange peel finish throughout first and second level of home.
Scrape, sand and remove uneven texture along stairwell walls and re-texture to orange peel finish.
Prepare, prime and paint all previously re-textured ceilings on first and second level of home.
Prepare, prime as needed and paint all walls, including closets, on first and second level of home.
Prepare, prime as needed and paint unpainted oak trim and doorways on second level of home.
Prepare, prime as needed and paint unpainted french doors (both sides) of master bedroom.
Remove chair trim in master bedroom. Tape, mud, sand and texture smooth walls surface in master bedroom to orange peel finish.
Prepare, prime with quality primer as needed and paint the built-in book shelves on either side of fireplace and second level loft/hallway area. Next, using both brush and paint roller, apply paint to achieve “grey washed” affect.
Repair beam and ceiling/drywall damage.
