Power wash all surfaces prior to painting.
Scrape, wire bursh and sand any loose, peeling paint and apply quality primer to all bare areas.
Extra preparation at any weather beaten areas and areas of staining on back side of home.
Prep sand/wire brush as necessary to fetheredge rough edges and remove glossy substrates to create a solid mechanical adhesion of the newly applied topcoat system.
Prepare, prime as needed, and paint the mechanical susbstrate.
Prepare, prime as needed, and paint the exterior of home including siding, trim, soffit, fascia, gutters and downspouts.
Prepare, prime as needed, and paint exterior side of previously painted garage doors, front entry door, service doors, mechanical porch railings, wooden porch ceilings and the detached 2-story garage.
