I highly recommend Colorado Commercial and Residential Painting (CCRP), I hired them to paint the inside of my house and every step of the project went smoothly. The initial visit and quote was straight forward and thorough. The office and Eric, the project manager, were awesome at communicating and totally flexible with my project start date. They were also completely reassuring and confident about protecting my newly redone wood floors and carpet. Abdi and his crew that actually completed the project were awesome! They were so thorough in covering everything in the house that didnt need paint and very detail oriented in the type of paint they used in the various rooms, even my basement stairs were painted with great quality high traffic paint specific for floors! We just had commercial painting done by Colorado Commercial Painting. They were very detail oriented and did a walk-thru with us to make sure we were satisfied with the job. Kevin was our go-to guy. He was excellent in explaining everything to us when we asked questions. I've added them to our go-to list for building contractors. We will definitely use them again!

Eric R. was our estimator and he was great to work with. Saved me money by suggesting I might not need to replace my baseboards, paint would make them look great, and he was right! No other company did that when I mentioned replacing. I asked for a couple of changes to scope of work while trying to decide what exactly we'd have done, and he was responsive and accommodating. The crew was professional and highly skilled, and the owner of the company checked on progress during the project. The owner also did our final walk through. They were not the cheapest bid, but not the most expensive, and the communication and detailed estimate gave me confidence. Most importantly, my job turned out fantastic (main floor to upstairs hallway including stairs and ceilings)!!!
