Extra preparation at any weatherbeaten areas and areas of staining on back side of home.
Prepare, prime as needed, and paint the exterior of home including brick,siding, trim, soffit, fascia, gutters and downspouts, garage door and front door.
Prepare, prime as needed, and paint the back porch posts and porch ceiling.
Install, prepare and prime approximately 17' of garage door casing trim.

Scrape, wire bursh and sand any loose, peeling paint and apply quality primer to all bare areas
Prepare, prime as needed, and paint the exterior of home including siding, trim, soffit, fascia, gutters and downspouts as well as previously painted garage doors, front entry door, and service doors.
Prepare, prime as needed and paint brick siding of home with Sherwin Williams Loxon XP masonry coating or similar product.
Prepare, prime as needed, and paint the previously painted front wooden gate.
Prepare, prime as needed, and paint the front porch railing and porch ceiling.
Repair trim around garage and back bay window.
Gap - Fill gap in facia with Backer Rod caulking.
Power wash and apply Dock Elastomeric Coating to surface area of deck.
