Colorado Commercial & Residential Painting provided the labor, materials, and equipment to complete this shopping center painting project per the Property Manager’s unique specifications as communicated on a job walk completed in September 2019 and March 2020. This included preparing, priming as needed, and painting the exterior stucco, wood soffits, service doors, awnings, metal posts, patio railings and handrails.
For the exterior stucco, we used Sherwin Williams Loxon XP. The Loxon XP is a bit more expensive and covers less square footage but is a favorite when it comes to stucco surfaces due to it’s durability and ability to fill in hairline cracks.

They were hired to paint the exterior of our residence and change the color. Their crew arrived on time each day and cleaned up after themselves each day. Prep work including power washing, caulking and sealing were completed quickly. They took great care in masking areas that were not to be painted. Painting was seamless and trim work was spot on. The crew including Mauricio, Oscar and Ben were professional, respectful and easy to work with. Overall, the project took only 3 1/2 days. Exceptional quality of service from initial contact to job completion. We have dark hickory flooring throughout the house and had CCRP paint our ceilings white as well as our walls. Impeccable attention was paid to our flooring and woodworking to protect it. In addition they completed the job ahead of schedule and the cleanup was excellent. The price was very reasonable especially considering the quality of the work performed. We will be using them again for the exterior.
From start to finish, we had nothing but a first-class experience with CCRP and the exterior painting of our house. Eric R. came out for the estimate and was on-time, communicative, and thorough. He provided the written estimate that same evening and within the next couple of days, we were in communication with our awesome project manager, Brian F., to get the process started. Brian was instrumental in ensuring we color matched correctly and selected the right quality of paint for the job. Also, Brian demonstrated excellent oversight of the project and came by at least once per day until completion. Our painters, Oscar and Mauricio, were nothing but professional, extremely detail-oriented, and just plain thoughtful! They were very conscientious about keeping the area tidy, especially when they were off-site, and left the place in perfect shape when the job was done.
