Colorado Commercial & Residential Painting provided the labor, materials, and equipment to complete this shopping center painting project per the Property Manager’s unique specifications as communicated on a job walk completed in September 2019 and March 2020. This included preparing, priming as needed, and painting the exterior stucco, wood soffits, service doors, awnings, metal posts, patio railings and handrails.
For the exterior stucco, we used Sherwin Williams Loxon XP. The Loxon XP is a bit more expensive and covers less square footage but is a favorite when it comes to stucco surfaces due to it’s durability and ability to fill in hairline cracks.

Eric R. was our estimator and he was great to work with. Saved me money by suggesting I might not need to replace my baseboards, paint would make them look great, and he was right! No other company did that when I mentioned replacing. I asked for a couple of changes to scope of work while trying to decide what exactly we'd have done, and he was responsive and accommodating. The crew was professional and highly skilled, and the owner of the company checked on progress during the project. The owner also did our final walk through. They were not the cheapest bid, but not the most expensive, and the communication and detailed estimate gave me confidence. Most importantly, my job turned out fantastic (main floor to upstairs hallway including stairs and ceilings)!!!
We requested a quote in November knowing that we wouldn't be actually painting the house until the spring. Colorado Commercial & Residential Painting gave us a quote and let us know that the quote would stand until we were ready to get the house painted. Over the Winter they checked in occasionally letting us know they didn't forget about us and started thinking about booking a month before. After we had set a date to get the house painted, we had to push it back a week and they were super accommodating. They showed up when they said they would, and the painting actually took less time than I thought it would. The crews did a great job, and the couple spots I didn't like, they fixed right away. Our house looks amazing and their customer support was outstanding. I'll definitely recommend them to all of my friends.
