Exceeded my expectations! I was so impressed with the hard working crew and warm office staff. The painting of the exterior of our home was done quickly, cleanly and with no complaints. They reviewed the job several times to ensure nothing was missed. I could not be more pleased with the finished result. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable and trustworthy company to paint their property.

Eric R. was our estimator and he was great to work with. Saved me money by suggesting I might not need to replace my baseboards, paint would make them look great, and he was right! No other company did that when I mentioned replacing. I asked for a couple of changes to scope of work while trying to decide what exactly we'd have done, and he was responsive and accommodating. The crew was professional and highly skilled, and the owner of the company checked on progress during the project. The owner also did our final walk through. They were not the cheapest bid, but not the most expensive, and the communication and detailed estimate gave me confidence. Most importantly, my job turned out fantastic (main floor to upstairs hallway including stairs and ceilings)!!!

We are extremely impressed with the service, quality and professionalism of Kevin and the entire crew at Colorado Commercial & Residential Painting. We were ready to get our house painted within a couple weeks and they fit us in the schedule. They brought such a friendly and experienced crew, and they got it done in a day and a half!
