We received several estimates from painting companies. Colorado Commercial & Residential Painting was reasonable in their estimate. They were hired to paint the exterior of our residence and change the color. Their crew arrived on time each day and cleaned up after themselves each day. Prep work including power washing, caulking and sealing were completed quickly. They took great care in masking areas that were not to be painted. Painting was seamless and trim work was spot on. The crew including Mauricio, Oscar and Ben were professional, respectful and easy to work with. Overall, the project took only 3 1/2 days. I would highly recommend Colorado Commercial & Residential Painting.
From start to finish, the whole team at CCRP was great to work with. They made a process which seemed overwhelming come together seamlessly. The bid was detailed, specific and very much on budget. Rebecca's advise regarding paint colors and working with our HOA was immensely helpful, and they were able to get our house done sooner than we had anticipated. Painted a large portion of our Church. Repaired water damage from a roof leak and repaired all stress cracks from building movement. Can't see either did a great job of blending the areas.
