From start to finish, we had nothing but a first-class experience with CCRP and the exterior painting of our house. Eric R. came out for the estimate and was on-time, communicative, and thorough. He provided the written estimate that same evening and within the next couple of days, we were in communication with our awesome project manager, Brian F., to get the process started. Brian was instrumental in ensuring we color matched correctly and selected the right quality of paint for the job. Also, Brian demonstrated excellent oversight of the project and came by at least once per day until completion. Our painters, Oscar and Mauricio, were nothing but professional, extremely detail-oriented, and just plain thoughtful! They were very conscientious about keeping the area tidy, especially when they were off-site, and left the place in perfect shape when the job was done. I can't recommend this company enough and they'll be the first ones we call for our next painting job. Thanks again!
Fast and on time. I never needed to contact CCRP to follow up on anything because they were always checking in and updating me on the status, both before and during the project. Excellent quality and attention to detail. When Trevor came by to discuss the scope of the project, I immediately could tell I would get the best service and this would be worry-free for me.
We received several estimates from painting companies. Colorado Commercial & Residential Painting was reasonable in their estimate. They were hired to paint the exterior of our residence and change the color. Their crew arrived on time each day and cleaned up after themselves each day. Prep work including power washing, caulking and sealing were completed quickly. They took great care in masking areas that were not to be painted. Painting was seamless and trim work was spot on. The crew including Mauricio, Oscar and Ben were professional, respectful and easy to work with. Overall, the project took only 3 1/2 days. I would highly recommend Colorado Commercial & Residential Painting.
