Colorado Commercial and Residential Painting recently completed painting nearly 100% of our house’s interior. As the original... owners of our 1999 home, we felt it was time for a change. Before the painters arrived, I decided to upgrade all our doors to solid core for a more high-end feel. I purchased pre-primed doors, installed them myself, and did some preliminary prep work.The painting team assured me they would make the doors and woodwork look amazing, and they delivered on that promise. They sprayed all the trim and new doors and rolled the walls with a new, lighter color. Even though I had prepped the doors, I noticed them improving some of my workmanship. They weren’t going to mention it, but I’m glad they did. The woodwork and doors now look like they belong in a 5-star hotel.Honestly, our house looks brand new and even better than the day we moved in back in 1999. Before selecting this company, I did some research with friends. While you can find cheaper bids out there, I believe you get what you pay for. Spraying the trim makes such a significant difference that it’s worth the extra work, additional cost, and minor inconvenience it causes.The team was highly communicative, very professional, and responsive to our needs throughout the five days they were here.I would definitely use them again and plan to do so for some exterior updates this summer.read more

Colorado Residential and Commercial Painting were the best fit for us. From the estimate through the end of the job everything... was done well. Stephen who gave us the estimate told us that we could use the same paint colors that we already had when I lamented that we couldn’t. He asked for the old paint numbers and said that Sherwin Williams could easily make those. The paint crew was amazing! Each man knew what to do when. They were efficient and professional. The first day Leo the head of the crew and another man power washed. The second day all of them scraped and caulked and started painting! They didn’t end their day until the sun was almost down! The third day I went out to see what was happening and ask a question. I watched Leo on the high ladders with the another gentleman shifting the ladders quickly so Leo could spring from one to another while painting the south side of my house. My jaw dropped! They finished up the next day climbing all over doing trim, thirty feet off the ground. All four of the men were outstanding! Trevor was the project manager and company owner. He was personable and communicated well. I hated to be THAT customer, but my husband came home and wondered about the carpentry work that was to be done. I asked Trevor at almost 9pm. He texted me right back. Jordan in the office kept me informed as well. She let me know what was happening with dates and times as far as the schedule went and what I needed to give her as far as HOA approval and payment.I would definitely use Colorado Residential and Commercial Painting again especially because they also specialize in interior painting. Once we get some new furniture, and I pick the colors I would like, I’m calling them first!read more
