Extra preparation and primer needed at weather beaten areas. Particularly on the composite trim.
Thick line of elastomeric caulk around windows and in all the cracks.
Apply Brigtener to shingle siding on front of home
Replace 6 feet rotted 1x2 window trim on bottom window on north side of home as well as the rotted piece on North side.

Scope:

Power wash all surfaces prior to painting.
Scrape, wire brush and sand any loose, peeling paint and apply quality primer to all bare areas.
Prepare, prime as needed and paint the exterior of house including trim, fascia, windows, french doors, front door, shutters, and garage exterior.
Apply semi-transparent stain to (2) two sides of backyard privacy fence. Staining excludes neighbors side of fence on south property fence.
Remove and replace damaged and rotten wood

Special Poject Notes:

Before work began we detected the presence of lead on the windows and fascia of the main house. Through the use of lead-safe work practices we complied with the EPA's Renovation, Repair and Painting Final Rule. The additional work and supplies increased the job by $1,815.
