• Power wash all surfaces prior to painting.
• Scrape, wire brush and sand any loose, peeling paint and apply quality primer to all bare areas.
• Prepare, prime as needed and paint the exterior of house including trim, fascia, windows, french doors, front door, shutters, and garage exterior.
• Apply semi-transparent stain to (2) two sides of backyard privacy fence. Staining excludes neighbors side of fence on south property fence. 
• Remove and replace damaged and rotten wood

Special Poject Notes:

Before work began we detected the presence of lead on the windows and fascia of the main house. Through the use of lead-safe work practices we complied with the EPA's Renovation, Repair and Painting Final Rule. The additional work and supplies increased the job by $1,815.
