They recommended the correct type of paint for our stucco home and their price was much lower than a competitor who painted many homes in our neighborhood. Every aspect of the job was on time and done well. The crew did a fantastic job and finished our house in less time than expected. Working with Colorado Commercial & Residential Painting was a pleasure from the estimate to the final walk-around. They painted the exterior of our house and completely exceeded our expectations! I can't say enough about the painters (whose names I can never remember), they did an amazing job; arrived at the same time every morning, cleaned up every evening and were very professional. Eric R. was our estimator and he was great to work with. Saved me money by suggesting I might not need to replace my baseboards, paint would make them look great, and he was right! No other company did that when I mentioned replacing. I asked for a couple of changes to scope of work while trying to decide what exactly we'd have done, and he was responsive and accommodating. The crew was professional and highly skilled, and the owner of the company checked on progress during the project. The owner also did our final walk through. They were not the cheapest bid, but not the most expensive, and the communication and detailed estimate gave me confidence. Most importantly, my job turned out fantastic (main floor to upstairs hallway including stairs and ceilings)!!!
